To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “ Manage FAQ ” button

2. From your site's dashboard, you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers

3. Each question and answer must be added to a category

4. Save and publish.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:

1. Go to Application Settings

2. Click on “Manage FAQ”

3. Create or select the question you want to add media to

4. When editing your answer, click the video, image, or GIF icon

5. Add the media from your library then save

You can change the title from the Settings tab of the app.

If you don't want to display the title, just disable the title under “ Info to display ”.
